Are these official team or league shirts?

No. Overtime Oak designs are original sports-fan graphics. They are not official team or league merchandise, not team-issued, and not game-worn. Overtime Oak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any professional or collegiate team, league, athlete, or sports governing body. We do not sell counterfeit goods.

Can I add a name or number to my item?

Some products let you add your own name and number, such as a nickname or a favorite number. We print only our own original designs plus the text you enter. We do not print team names, team logos, league marks, mascots, or the names, numbers, or likenesses of real athletes, and orders that include them will be canceled and refunded.

When is my shirt printed?

After you order, by our print-on-demand production partner. Processing time is 3–7 business days. The Kalispell address is our business address, not the print facility.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

United States: $6.99 per order, 3–7 business days to print, then 7–10 business days in transit. International: $12.99 per order, 3–7 business days to print, then 10–14 business days in transit. The shipping fee is charged once per order and shown at checkout before you pay. These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, so please order early if you want a shirt for a specific game.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and to international destinations available at checkout. If a country cannot be selected at checkout, we do not ship there. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes outside the United States are not included in the product price or the $12.99 shipping fee. They are the recipient’s responsibility. Mail returns are accepted for United States deliveries only.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Available methods are shown at checkout.

Will I get tracking?

When the carrier provides a tracking number, we email it to the checkout address. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us with your order number. If production has not started, we can cancel and refund it. After production or shipment, use the Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

What is your return policy?

United States deliveries only: 30 days from delivery, defective and non-defective items, new condition for non-defective items, no exchanges, free mail return label, no restocking fee. Refund within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return, through Stripe. The outbound $6.99 shipping fee is refunded only if the return is due to our error. International deliveries are not eligible for mail returns. Personalized items can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

United States: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and see the Returns & Refunds Policy. International: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will review a refund or replacement.

Are these performance or athletic shirts?

No. Our tees, V-neck tees, and tank tops are everyday fan apparel with all-over printed designs (80% polyester / 20% cotton), not technical athletic gear. See each product page for fabric details.

How do I choose a size?

Use the size chart on the product page. We do not exchange sizes.

How do you handle personal information?

We share name, contact details, and shipping address with Stripe, our production partners, and the carrier as needed to complete your order. Full card numbers are not stored on overtimeoak.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
